Using the al-Zahra App Platforms
Who can use it?
The al-Zahra App is intended for use by individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Use of the al-Zahra App by anyone under 18 years of age is strictly prohibited.
Registration
Access to certain functionalities of the al-Zahra App will require you to register with us and create a profile on our Platforms. By registering with al-Zahra App, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update it as needed to maintain its accuracy. You may have the option to register for an account using your Facebook, Google, or Gmail account credentials, or by providing a mobile number.
Privacy Policy
By using the al-Zahra App in any way, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms of our Privacy Policy, regardless of whether you choose to create an account on al-Zahra App.
Termination
You may close your al-Zahra App account at any time by accessing your account settings and deactivating your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your use of the al-Zahra App at any time, for any reason, without prior notice or liability to you. We may also terminate your account for violation of any al-Zahra App policies or guidelines.

Definition of Our Content and Materials
The al-Zahra App and all intellectual property associated with it, including but not limited to software, trademarks, logos, buttons, badges, and widgets (collectively, "al-Zahra Marks"), are the property of al-Zahra.
Ownership
You acknowledge and agree that the al-Zahra App and al-Zahra Marks are and shall remain the exclusive property of al-Zahra. The content, information, and services made available through the al-Zahra App are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of Iraq and international treaties. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by using the al-Zahra App or accessing its content.
Description of the al-Zahra App
The al-Zahra App is a booking mobile application used by travelers to browse through a list of places to go, including restaurants, hotels, ancient places, along with other different features, discounts, and exclusive content. The app also allows hotels to register and list their available rooms for travelers to book using the app.
Discovery and Sharing Places
The al-Zahra App provides a "Discover" section, which includes a list of "Shrines and Sacred Places" presented with a list of nearby shrines and sacred places. Each shrine has the following information: name, brief description, location (city or region), image or icon representing the place, and a list of other places to explore. When clicking on each place, more information such as history, significance, gallery, location on an interactive map, operating hours, visitor reviews, and ratings is available. Users can filter and sort the list of shrines based on criteria such as distance, popularity, or religious tradition.
Interactive Map
The al-Zahra App features an interactive map that displays pins or markers for each shrine's and restaurant's location. When clicking on a map pin, a pop-up displays basic information about the shrine and provides a link to the detailed shrine page.
